History

1990s

ADR started business relations with China through the intermediation and efforts of its team. The signing of an agreement with Chinese partners led to the establishment of a joint venture aimed at producing components for axles and suspensions.
Benefiting from the incentives provided by the Chinese government to foreign companies, ADR was able to invest and engage in the local market, integrating itself into the political and economic context.

2002

The establishment of the CHANGSHU-SACI joint venture strengthened the Chinese collaboration and remained active until 2017, when ADR sold its shares to the Chinese partner, while still maintaining an ongoing working relationship to this day.

2006

ADR China was established in Qingdao, situated in an industrial development area, supported by a strategically advantageous geographic location for communications.

2008

The global financial crisis prompted ADR China to expand its product range beyond components, including the production of axles and suspensions for agricultural machinery. This has led to significant business growth over the years, meeting market demand.

Present and Future

The consistent and balanced strategic choice ensured steady growth over the years, stabilizing processes and organization. In recent years, thanks to new investments and organizational strengthening, ADR China has opened the doors to the road market with axles and suspensions for special industrial applications.
